Mornings begin with the sun rising over the horizon as you flow through your practice in an open-air yoga shala, where panoramic sea views enhance every breath. Throughout the retreat, you’ll immerse yourself in a complete yoga experience, blending dynamic Ashtanga and Dharma Yoga with pranayama and meditation to cultivate inner awareness, and evening yin and yoga nidra to restore balance. Through guided discussions and reflective sessions, we’ll explore how to integrate yoga into every aspect of life. A specialty asana workshop offers an opportunity to refine and advance your practice with focused guidance.

Beyond the mat, our days unfold with time to explore Koh Samui’s hidden coves and vibrant local culture, indulge in nourishing, wholesome meals, or simply unwind in a hammock, lulled by the sound of the waves below. Our journey extends with an ethical elephant experience, offering a chance to interact with these gentle giants in a responsible and compassionate way, and a private boat trip to Koh Madsum, known as Pig Island, and a meaningful opportunity to give back through a local service project. Accommodations

During our retreat, you'll stay in one of Vikasa’s Prana Cabana or Prana Cabana Plus rooms, designed to blend simple comfort with the natural surroundings. Each cabana features air-conditioning, an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean or garden. The serene and minimalist design creates the perfect space to relax, recharge, and soak in the beauty of our surroundings. Rooms are available for private, single occupancy or can be shared by couples, making this retreat ideal whether you’re traveling solo or with a partner.

Nourishment for Body + Soul

Our meals at Vikasa’s Life Café are designed to nourish both body and soul, supporting our practice with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each day, we’ll enjoy a variety of delicious and wholesome dishes, from vibrant tropical fruits and nourishing plant-based meals to fresh seafood options, all crafted with care. Breakfast and lunch are flexible and abundant, while dinners bring us together for thoughtfully curated meals, sometimes featuring themed nights and family-style service. Whether you’re sipping a house-made kombucha, enjoying a fresh smoothie, or winding down with a cup of tea, each meal is an opportunity to fuel your body and connect with our retreat community.

Choose from one of the amazing rooms below to accommodate one or two guests. A Double occupancy rooms are configured with either two twin beds or one shared king bed. Prices are per person except for double occupancy rooms, which is for two people.
