Our weekly schedule includes a full mix of offerings. Whether you’re building a steady personal practice, exploring new styles, or finding moments of stillness in a full week, there’s always something here to support your practice and your life.

All classes are offered in-studio, and many are also available online. Please register for your class in advance to ensure your spot.
