Mysore (Monday–Friday, 6:00–8:30am)
A dedicated space for personal practice with individualized guidance.
Mid-Morning Classes (Most Weekdays at 9:30am)
Dynamic or grounding offerings to support the way you want to start your day.
Midday Offerings (Select Weekdays at 12:00pm)

Not at all. We meet you where you are and support you at every stage. If you are new to yoga, the best place to start is with our Yoga Essentials or Beginner’s Mysore classes. Or if you are looking for more stillness, any of our Yin offerings would be a good fit.
